Anuvu Upgrades Dedicated Space™ to Next-Generation Technology and Sees Positive Performance Results
Anuvu’s award-winning Dedicated Space platform gets an upgrade resulting in over a 35% increase in peak speed.
LOMBARD, IL, APRIL 22, 2025 – Anuvu, a leading provider of high-speed inflight connectivity and worldwide entertainment solutions for mobility markets has upgraded their Dedicated Space™ platform driving over a 35% increase in peak speed.
Introduced in 2022, Dedicated Space optimizes network performance by dedicating satellite capacity to individual aircraft and passengers, enabling a low-latency and reliable internet experience. Now, Dedicated Space is implemented on over 800 aircraft across six airline clients within North America and Europe. These Anuvu-equipped aircraft have experienced a 2x increase in download speed, 4x increase in upload capability and over 65% higher availability during satellite and beam changes than Anuvu’s legacy network platform.
Anuvu also installed the ground segment for the upcoming start of microGEO service which included the next generation of Dedicated Space. With the upgrade, Anuvu has already seen more than one-third increase in peak download speed.
